Touching Thousands of Lives
Groupe Park Avenue, joint partner of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Québec Ltd., has built a strong reputation as an important actor in community giving efforts. Historically, Groupe Park Avenue has donated more than $150,000 annually to local causes and charities. The company has supported Centraide, which assures financial support to over 360 local community agencies. The annual employee contribution campaign has been one of Centraide's most successful in terms of participation and growth.
The Hébert family has been a major benefactor of Concordia University, and has funded scholarships at both the John Molson School of Business and the Faculty of Engineering. These scholarships are among the most sought after of their kind in Canada.
A Range of Philanthropic Endeavors
Holand Automotive Group, supporting the needs of the local and wider communities, has played its part in assisting a range of philanthropic endeavors and in encouraging its employees to do the same in their own private capacities. Toward these ends, Holand has made a concerted effort to learn and apply best practices in corporate community involvement and to develop strategies and resources for its community involvement program.
Holand has traditionally been a major supporter of the Federation CJA, which in turn assists every social, academic and philanthropic organization within the Montreal Jewish community and many other charities and causes as well.
